Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, we may no longer be able to approve your return or refund request.

Conditions for an Approved Return

To be eligible for a return, the backpack must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. It must be returned with original tags, packaging, and any included accessories or inserts, if applicable.

We may decline returns for items that show signs of use, wear, washing, odor, damage after delivery, or missing original parts that were included with the product.

Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact us at info@korvanecarry.com within the applicable return period and include your order number and the reason for the request.

If your return is approved, we will send you a follow-up email with return instructions, the return address, and any additional steps required to complete the process.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused or may not be eligible for a refund.

Items or Cases We May Not Accept

We may not accept returns for backpacks that have been used outdoors, worn for daily use, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags or packaging.

We may also decline requests submitted outside the return window or cases where sufficient order information cannot be provided.

How Refunds Are Issued

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong item, a damaged item, or another verified issue caused by us.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is the result of our error, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a backpack that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the item, the issue, and the packaging so we can review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchange Requests

We accept exchange requests for eligible backpacks within the applicable return period, subject to product availability.

If you would like to exchange an item for another color, size, or style variation, please contact us before returning the original item so we can confirm availability and next steps.

Canceling an Order

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered the shipping stage, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, please wait for delivery and then submit a return request in accordance with this Refund Policy.

If your refund has been approved but has not yet appeared in your account, please first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.
