Before Shipment

After Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled.

If your order has already shipped, please wait for delivery and then follow our Return & Exchange Policy.

Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched.

Because orders are typically processed within 1–3 U.S. business days, we strongly recommend submitting your cancellation request within 12 hours of placing your order to give us the best opportunity to act before fulfillment begins.

Cancellation requests submitted after 12 hours may still be accepted if the order has not yet entered the dispatch process, but this cannot be guaranteed.

When Requests Are Reviewed

Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day. Please contact us as early as possible.

Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM MT.

We reserve the right to decline a cancellation request if the order has already been handed to a shipping carrier.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by email at info@korvanecarry.com or by phone at +1 (970) 301-5073.

Please include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to cancel, and your reason for cancellation, if you would like to provide one.

We will confirm receipt of your request and notify you whether the cancellation was approved. Please do not assume your order has been canceled until you receive written confirmation from our team.

No Cancellation Fee

We do not charge any fee for orders canceled before shipment.

If your cancellation is approved before the order has shipped, you will receive a full refund at no additional cost.

Refund for Canceled Orders

Once your cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We will initiate the refund within 1–3 business days after your cancellation is approved. Once initiated, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Any applicable sales tax paid will be included in the refund.

If You Have Not Received Your Refund

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled.

We are unable to intercept, recall, or redirect a package once it has been handed to the carrier.

If you contact us after your order has been dispatched and still wish to cancel, please wait for the package to be delivered to the shipping address on file.

What to Do After Delivery

Once delivered, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy, provided the item meets the applicable eligibility requirements.

If your return is approved and the item passes inspection, a refund will be processed under the terms of our Refund Policy.

Please note that return shipping costs may apply and the original shipping fee is generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Returned Packages and Failed Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of a package or if a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, Korvane Carry is not responsible for failed delivery caused by the customer’s shipping information.

If a package is returned to our facility, we will contact you within 3 business days to discuss re-shipment or refund options.

Re-shipping fees or deductions for the original shipping cost may apply, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Changing an Order Before Shipment

If you need to modify your order before it ships — such as updating the shipping address, changing a size or color variant, or adjusting the quantity — please contact us immediately at info@korvanecarry.com or +1 (970) 301-5073.

Order modifications are subject to the same timing constraints as cancellations. Changes can only be made before the order enters the dispatch process.

We cannot guarantee that all modification requests can be accommodated, but we will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
