What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected European.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are usually processed on the next business day.
How long does shipping usually take?
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

- Canada: 3 to 7 business days
- Europe: 4 to 8 business days
- Australia: 5 to 10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier operations, or seasonal demand.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and other shipping-related details.
You can also check shipment progress on our Order Tracking page using the tracking information provided after dispatch.
Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Do you offer free shipping?
We periodically offer free shipping promotions. When a free shipping offer is active, the promotional terms shown on our website will apply.
Can I cancel my order?
What is your return window?
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after the applicable return period may not be approved.
What condition must items be in for a return?
To be eligible for a return, the backpack must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Items should be returned with original tags, packaging, and any included accessories or inserts, if applicable.
What items may not be accepted for return?
We may not accept returns for backpacks that have been used outdoors, worn for regular daily use, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags or packaging.
We may also decline requests submitted outside the return period or requests where sufficient order information cannot be provided.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Please contact us at info@korvanecarry.com within the applicable return period and include your order number and the reason for your request.
If your request is approved, we will send you return instructions, the return address, and any additional steps required to complete the process.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the return is the result of our error, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back a return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We accept exchange requests for eligible backpacks within the applicable return period, subject to product availability.
If you would like to exchange an item for another color, size, or style variation, please contact us before returning the original item so we can confirm availability and next steps.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the item, the issue, and the packaging so we can review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
How are refunds issued?
If your return is approved and the returned item passes inspection, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong item, a damaged item, or another verified issue caused by us.
